How to choose the right shoes

1. Buy shoes preferably after 12 noon or in the afternoon. The legs have a feature to expand a bit during the day.

2. Try on shoes before buying. It is advisable during try to stand rather than sit. Make sure also that the shoes would fit your size and width of the foot.

3. Leave about half a centimeter between the thumb and toe shoes when standing. This will provide you with extra comfort and allow your foot to bend freely while walking or running.

4. Remember that sports shoes should be comfortable from the start. Requires only minimal grinding.

5. Try to try shoes on both feet. All people have one foot slightly larger than the other, so the shoes should be equally comfortable for both legs.

6. When trying on shoes - try to sound like a carpet and on a hard surface, it will simulate walking or running. And when walking and running shoes should be equally comfortable.

7. Make sure the heel fits snugly and does not squish when walking.

8. Make sure that the foot is enough space for walking, especially in flexion of the toes.

9. Always bear in mind that the shoes you chose must meet four basic requirements - Convenience, Comfort, softness and control (stability).

10. Remember that changing your shoes for walking and running is recommended every 450-500 miles or every 4-6 months for those who regularly engaged in walking or running.
